We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another guest.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment price.
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the full treatment price and may be asked to prepay for future bookings.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying other guests, and the full price will still apply.
